Open Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Sunday, 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Open Thursdays until 9:00 pm. Closed Mondays.

Directions & Parking:
The Spencer Museum is located at 1301 Mississippi Street, Lawrence, Kansas, on the campus of the University of Kansas. There are handicapped-accessible entrances available at both front and back of the building. Buses may unload in front of the Spencer on Mississippi Street, but parking for buses is limited and may require moving to another campus location. Please ask about bus parking when you book your tour.

Parking for cars is available across the street in the Kansas Union Parking Garage at an hourly rate; weekends in the Parking Garage are free with the exception of special events—please look for reserved signage at driving entrances. The parking lot and the spaces along Mississippi Street are available without charge or a permit after 5 PM on weekdays and at all times on weekends. Please note that there is a severe shortage of nearby parking during KU football home games.

Food:
Various food services are available across the street from the Spencer Museum in the Kansas Union (on floors 1, 3 and 4), and also in nearby downtown.
